MCLI Patterson Leadership Initiative

The Patterson Leadership Initiative exists to increase the number of skilled Patterson residents who serve their city by developing their leadership skills and helping them identify their place in the leadership fabric of their community.

In partnership with City Ministry Network, Patterson's Chamber of Commerce is launching a 6-month pilot leadership cohort for 11–15 Patterson residents (ages 20 and older) who are passionate about civic service and community leadership.
